Hand in Hand Consultancy

Hand in Hand Consultancy was formed in August 2007 by Workplace Trainer and Assessor, Business Mentor, Consultant and, since 2008, Life Coach Caroll Sims. We like to think of ourselves as the helping hand that you need to make sense of your life and to achieve success.

What We Do

Hand in Hand Consultancy provides Hand2Hand Coaching, business development and mentorship, personal development, and specialist workplace training and consultancy services throughout Australia and Internationally.

Method of Delivery

Services are delivered via a variety of methods, including its coaching website Hand2Hand Coaching, one-on-one telephone or face-to-face sessions, group “Teleclasses”, workplace training and coaching or via written materials, such as regular newsletters and e-books. Who is Caroll Sims

Caroll’s extensive experience both in Australia and internationally covers several industries and brings her a wealth of skills and knowledge. She has worked in hospitality, the beauty industry, as a business consultant and as a workplace trainer and assessor. Now she is running her own business incorporating all her talents!

Caroll’s qualifications include a Diploma of Life Coaching, nationally recognised certificates in Assessment and Workplace Training, Employment Services, Frontline Management, Customer Contact and Youth Work, and a multitude of technology-based qualifications. Caroll is a member of the International Coaching Federation Australasian/International, the Australian Women’s Business Network and the Victorian Employers Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI).

When she is not working she’s busy writing – Caroll is a self-published author and poet.  And she’s not too proud to admit that she occasionally calls in the services of her own life coach to work up a bit of perspective on her busy schedule.
