ISET therapy, is a comprehensive and effective therapeutic technique, uses the hidden language of the mind to interrupt unhelpful acquired behaviour patterns and belief systems that are keeping you from leading a healthy, happy, and full life.

A holistic approach views the body, mind, and spirit as one integrated entity, each of which is closely related to the total health and wellbeing of the other. By figuring out what’s causing your disharmony and rewiring your system for happiness and success.

ISET practitioners are able to provide you with the tools, confidence, and support necessary to remove the negative belief systems that have been holding you back and help you build a life filled with physical health, emotional stability, and alignment.

ISET Therapy Options

The first initial session: This is a 45- minute session to have an opportunity to have a conversation with the ISET Therapist about your story and explain the problems you are experiencing. The session explains what to expect and to ensure we’re a good fit for you.

One-on-One Sessions:  These face-to-face sessions offer you a hyper-focused, centered therapy session that allows you to deeply dive into your problem at hand.  Intimate and powerful, these sessions vary in length – between 1 or 1.5 hours.

Group Sessions: ISET Therapy sessions: are small groups of participants. every month, or occasionally more frequently. There are numerous groups based on the designed issues. assisting with the use of therapy tools, raising awareness of the issues, and socially establishing connections with people.

Packages

The flexible and friendly setting of holistic counselling is catering to your individual requirements and goals. While single sessions are an option, we also provide four and six session packages that allow clients to save money.
